We're looking for a Senior Guest Relations Manager to join our team at Casa do Frango, London Bridge, someone who thrives under pressure and genuinely loves the adrenaline of a full book. You will run the door, create unforgettable guest experiences and help us continue to grow.

Casa do Frango, London Bridge is a bustling 260-cover space across two floors, with two private dining rooms, Boa Pinga and Boa Vida. We welcome thousands of guests every week. This role is about running the door: looking after every guest from the first enquiry to the last goodbye, treating the reservation book as a living, breathing puzzle to be mastered, strategically managing and massaging it to maximise covers while running tight waitlists, and making sure no one who comes in for a table is turned away when there is any way to seat them.

You are the first and last impression every guest has of us, setting the tone for their entire visit. You will report to the Senior General Manager, and it will suit someone with strong experience of high-volume hospitality and first-class book management, who always finds a way to say yes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run the door, welcoming every guest with warmth and energy and setting the tone for their visit
  • Manage the book across SevenRooms and TripleSeat, handling reservations, walk-ins, waitlists and private dining so the restaurant runs full
  • Always find a way to say yes, so no guest who comes in for a table is turned away when there is any way to seat them
  • Maximise revenue through smart table management, seat allocation and upgrades, without compromising guest experience or flow
  • Drive covers and grow the restaurant year on year, working with the Senior General Manager to hit and beat budgeted numbers
  • Analyse bookings, cancellations and no-shows to protect covers, working with marketing and events to keep the book full
  • Lead, train and mentor the host team to embed our standards and best-in-class guest relations

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive experience running the door in high-volume hospitality environments, with first-class book management
  • Expert-level SevenRooms knowledge, plus working knowledge of TripleSeat or a similar events system
  • A magnetic personality: you charm, reassure and keep guests happy even when they're waiting
  • A genuine passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences
  • The instinct to always find a way to say yes
  • Commercial awareness, with a track record of growing covers and repeat business
  • The ability to stay composed and strategic under pressure
  • The ability to lead, train and inspire a host team
  • Strong communication skills and flawless attention to detail

What We Offer

  • 50% team discount across all MJMK restaurants
  • Up to £500 team referral bonus
  • Opportunity to grow within one of London's most ambitious hospitality groups
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity pay after one year with us
  • Company sick pay after one year, up to five days
  • Extra day's holiday every year you're with us, up to five extra days
  • Mental health and wellbeing assistance via Hospitality Action, offering free advice and counselling
  • Enhanced pension contributions after five years with us
  • Anniversary reward for every year you're with us

About MJMK Restaurants: MJMK Restaurants owns and operates a collection of award-winning restaurants. Founded in 2018 by lifelong friends Jake Kasumov and Marco Mendes, our journey began with Casa do Frango. In 2020, we partnered with chef patron Santiago Lastra to open KOL, a restaurant in Marylebone celebrating Mexican cuisine with British ingredients. KOL has since earned a Michelin star and been named one of the World's 50 Best Restaurants. 2024 saw two new ventures: Fonda, a contemporary Mexican concept in Mayfair, our second collaboration with Santiago Lastra, and AngloThai in Marylebone, a debut restaurant from husband-and-wife John and Desiree Chantarasak, blending Thai flavours with British ingredients. Within three months of opening, AngloThai earned a Michelin star. In the 2025 National Restaurant Awards, AngloThai was named The Square Opening of the Year and ranked 7th in the Top 100 list, followed by KOL at number 50. Luso, a contemporary Portuguese restaurant in Fitzrovia, opened in September 2025. We're building ambitious restaurant brands with a focus on quality, creativity and guest experience, and we're just getting started.
