What You Will Work On:
- Lead in-house customisation and development of Elite 3E (hands-on experience essential).
- Build scalable, performant solutions using VB.NET, SQL, XML, XSLT, XPath.
- Partner with Business Analysts and functional experts to turn requirements into elegant technical designs.
- Guide technical discussions and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
- Spot risks early and design resilient, future-proof solutions.
- Produce clean, structured, reusable code aligned with best-practice standards.
- Champion continuous improvement and modern engineering approaches.
- Support colleagues across the global finance group with technical expertise.
- Work directly with Elite and other vendors to deliver and troubleshoot 3E solutions.
What You Bring:
- Deep hands-on experience with Elite 3E IDE (2.7+).
- Strong skills in VB.NET, .NET Framework, XML, XSLT, XPath.
- Solid understanding of MS Fabric and medallion architecture.
- Proficiency with SQL Server (T-SQL).
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Logic Apps, Power Automate) is a major plus.
- Elite 3E Templates / Design Gallery experience highly advantageous.
- MS SQL Reporting Services beneficial.
- Background in finance or legal environments helpful.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to diagnose complex issues.
