Our client is a rapidly growing technology business that's transforming the way organisations access and manage flexible workforces.

As they continue to expand across the UK and overseas, they're looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to build and optimise a sophisticated enterprise demand engine focused on winning large strategic accounts.

If you've moved beyond traditional lead generation into Account-Based Marketing, AI-enabled marketing operations and enterprise demand generation, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role You'll take ownership of the demand generation strategy across multiple international markets, working closely with Sales, Product and Marketing teams to build campaigns that generate qualified enterprise opportunitiesnot just marketing leads.

Key responsibilities include: Designing and executing enterprise ABM programmes targeting named accounts.

Building and optimising sophisticated Hub Spot workflows, lead scoring and nurture programmes.

Using AI tools such as Claude and Gemini to accelerate research, campaign development and persona-based nurturing.

Owning Linked In and Google Ads strategy, testing and optimisation.

Partnering closely with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion and pipeline performance.

About You You'll probably bring most of the following: 6+ years' experience in B2B demand generation within a Saa S or technology business.

Proven enterprise ABM experience.

Strong Hub Spot expertise, including building workflows, automation and lead qualification.

Daily use of AI tools to improve marketing execution, research or automation.

Experience working closely with commercial and sales leadership.

You prefer building marketing engines to managing meetings.

You enjoy solving commercial problems with technology.

You use AI every day to improve the quality and speed of your work.

You believe enterprise deals are won through coordinated account engagement rather than mass lead generation.

You want your work measured by pipeline and revenue, not vanity metrics.

You'll have the autonomy to influence strategy, the tools to execute at pace, and the opportunity to make a measurable commercial impact while helping scale an already successful international business.
