Role: Senior Claims Adjuster - Property D&F Lloyd's Syndicate City of London I am currently partnered with a leading Lloyd's Syndicate who are seeking a Senior Claims Adjuster to join their Property D&F team on a 12M FTC basis.
This role will be adjusting Property D&F Claims on a global basis, from first notice to settlement.
My client is looking for someone with Property D&F Claims experience within the London/Lloyd's Market, ECF experience is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities Proactively manage a diverse portfolio of International Property Direct & Facultative (D&F) claims from first notification through to settlement and closure, applying the appropriate level of expertise to assess coverage, liability, quantum and claims strategy.
Maintain accurate and timely reserves in line with established claims reserving philosophies, standards and referral protocols.
Liaise effectively with key stakeholders throughout the claims lifecycle, including policyholders, brokers, co-insurers, actuaries, underwriters and other relevant parties.
Ensure compliance with claims best practice, service standards and communication requirements through effective use of claims systems, reporting and file audits.
Instruct and manage external loss adjusters, legal counsel and other service providers in accordance with approved panel arrangements and claims handling guidelines.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with underwriting, business development teams and external clients to support effective claims management and enhance the customer experience.
Maintain accurate, well-documented claim files and ensure high standards of record keeping throughout the claims process.
Deliver a professional, customer-focused claims service while adhering to organisational values, codes of conduct and regulatory requirements.
