This is a fantastic role for a chef who enjoys working with high-quality produce, live-fire techniques and a creative, modern approach to cooking, while benefiting from an excellent 3.5-day working pattern.
The Role
As Chef de Partie / Senior Chef de Partie, you will:
- Work across a busy, high-quality kitchen with a strong focus on open-fire cooking
- Take ownership of your section and maintain consistently high standards
- Work with excellent seasonal produce and quality ingredients
- Support junior members of the brigade and contribute to a strong team environment
- Maintain excellent standards of organisation, food safety and kitchen cleanliness
- Work closely with an experienced senior kitchen team
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Has solid experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie in a quality, high-volume restaurant
- Is confident working in a fast-paced kitchen
- Has a genuine interest in fire-led cooking and modern restaurant food
- Is organised, reliable and passionate about developing their skills
- Works well as part of a professional and ambitious brigade
Package
Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum
Schedule: 3.5 shifts per week (3 double shifts + 1 single shift)
