- Share market insight to influence commercial strategy and future opportunities.
- Represent the organisation at relevant industry events and client meetings.
What I'm Looking For
You'll be a commercially driven B2B sales professional who enjoys working in complex, consultative environments. You'll bring:
- Experience in B2B business development, consultative sales or strategic partnerships.
- A track record of winning new business and developing valuable client relationships.
- Experience selling complex solutions, services or programmes into organisations.
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and managing multiple decision-makers.
- Strong consultative and value-based selling skills.
- The ability to manage longer sales cycles and navigate complex buying processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a growing organisation.
- Experience within enterprise learning, professional development, workforce transformation, consultancy, digital skills or capability-building organisations would be highly valuable.
Most importantly, you'll believe in the power of learning to unlock potential, create opportunity and drive positive change.
