You will play a pivotal role in safeguarding residents by coordinating and elevating building safety across a diverse residential portfolio. Acting as the central point for compliance, you will bring structure, rigour and clarity to complex requirements, ensuring documentation, actions and communication are consistently first class.
Home based and connected to expert colleagues across the Odevo Group, you will partner closely with property managers, clients and specialist consultants to keep buildings compliant, residents informed and risks controlled. This is a key property management role where your experience, judgement and professionalism make a tangible difference every day.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
Most days you will translate legislation and best practice into clear actions, keep the golden thread of building information up to date, and drive timely closure of safety actions. You will produce concise reports and dashboards, coordinate surveys and remedial work, and communicate confidently with stakeholders, including residents, clients and contractors.
