What we're looking for:
UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
SENCo experience and/or a relevant SEN leadership qualification
Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice
Excellent knowledge of SEN provision and EHCP processes
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident working with pupils, staff, parents and external professionals
Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
We're looking for reliable and experienced education professionals who can quickly understand a school's SEN provision, support staff effectively and ensure pupils receive appropriate support. Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills are essential.
