- Competent Adviser Status (CAS).
- Experience providing regulated mortgage advice.

- Self-motivated with a strong commercial mindset.
- Ability to manage your own workload and pipeline.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable
- Existing client bank (not essential).
- Experience within a self-employed environment.
