Location: Covering London & South East Summary of role We are looking for a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team and oversee the installation and integration of security systems for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in security technology, hands-on experience with installation procedures, commissioning and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our customers.

Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients and project managers to design security systems tailored to their specific needs and requirements.

Develop detailed installation plans and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Execute the installation of security systems including CCTV cameras, access control systems, alarm systems, and other related technologies.

Install hardware, wiring, and peripherals according to project specifications and safety guidelines.

Integrate security systems with existing infrastructure, networks, and software platforms.

Configure system settings, protocols, and interfaces to ensure seamless operation and interoperability with other components.

Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of installed security systems to verify functionality, performance, and compliance with client expectations.

Troubleshoot any issues and make necessary adjustments to achieve optimal operation.

Create comprehensive documentation of installation procedures, configurations, and system integrations.

Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, wiring diagrams, and test results for future reference and troubleshooting purposes.

Provide training to clients and end-users on how to operate and maintain security systems effectively.

Offer guidance on best practices for security management, system administration, and troubleshooting procedures.

Offer technical support to clients during and after the installation process.

What we will need from you: Proven experience in installing and integrating security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.

Strong technical skills in electrical wiring, network configuration, and system integration.

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to security technology.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
