What the Role Involves
As School Business Manager, you will oversee the school's operational functions, including finance, HR, estates, compliance, procurement and health & safety, ensuring the school runs efficiently and remains fully compliant. Working closely with the Headteacher and Governors, you will contribute to strategic planning, budget management and resource allocation while leading operational staff and supporting continuous school improvement.

The ideal School Business Manager will have previous experience within a school or educational setting, with strong knowledge of school finance, compliance and operational management. A recognised School Business Management qualification or equivalent leadership experience would be highly advantageous.
