SAP S/4 Change Manager (Remote)

A leading organisation are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 Change Manager (remote) to support the build go-live and business transition for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation project.

As the SAP S/4 Change Manager you'll play a key role in helping the organisation adjust to new systems and processes, ensuring smooth adoption across business functions - especially in manufacturing and production environments.

You'll lead change management activities across the programme, driving engagement, communication, and process adoption as the business moves to a new ERP landscape.

Working closely with business leaders and project teams, you'll ensure the organisation is equipped and aligned for a successful transformation

Skills / Experience

  • Deep SAP, S/4 Hana proven experience
  • Proven experience leading change management in SAP / ERP transformation projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities under pressure
  • Lead the design and delivery of change management plans aligned to project milestones.
  • Engage stakeholders across manufacturing, production, and business operations.
