Key Responsibilities
Develop and customise Salesforce Experience Cloud portals to meet business requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design seamless user experiences
Integrate Experience Cloud with other Salesforce components and external systems
Write efficient, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and optimisation of portal functionalities
Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders and junior team members
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud development, including community and portal design
Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning, Aura, and LWC component development
Familiarity with Salesforce data model, APIs, and integration techniques
Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
Salesforce certifications related to Experience Cloud or Lightning is highly desirable
Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to evolving project needs
Desirable Skills & Experience
Knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration
Experience with Salesforce Flow and Process Builder
