We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and governance of a large-scale digital transformation programme.
Key responsibilities include defining end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, leading complex integrations via APIs and middleware, establishing data and security governance, conducting architecture reviews, and driving technical quality across the platform.
You will collaborate closely with solution architects, delivery leads, developers, and digital teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions while providing technical leadership and mentorship.
Key Skills & Experience
8+ years' experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect
Expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
Strong integration experience (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, event-driven architectures)
Experience with enterprise-scale digital transformation programmes
Deep understanding of security, identity management, GDPR, and governance
Agile/Scrum delivery experience
Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect required
CTA certification or progression towards CTA highly desirable
