The Opportunity

Our client is a well-established and growing provider of flexible workspace solutions in London and is looking to appoint an experienced Central Sales & Marketing Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who has a proven track record within the flexible workspace sector and is looking to join a business where they can make a real impact.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the sales journey from initial enquiry through to completion, building strong relationships with clients and brokers while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert inbound sales enquiries.
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive business development.
  • Conduct office viewings and present workspace solutions to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with commercial brokers and business clients.
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Manage an active sales pipeline using a CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
  • Support marketing initiatives and sales reporting.
  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.

Essential Requirements

This is a specialist role, and applicants must have current or recent experience within the flexible workspace, serviced office, or coworking industry. To be considered, you will also have:

  • A proven track record in sales and business development.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing deals.
  • Strong knowledge of the flexible workspace market.
  • Experience building relationships with brokers, agents, and corporate clients.
