Sales Executive (Technology Sales) Cambridge / WFH to £50k + uncapped commission
Are you a technically minded sales professional looking to join an innovative software company where you can make a real impact?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing technology business developing cutting-edge software solutions for global markets.

Working with customers across telecommunications, automotive and technology, you'll play a key role in driving business growth while helping shape the company's commercial strategy.

As a Sales Executive, you'll manage the full sales lifecycle, building relationships with mobile operators, handset manufacturers, Automotive OEMs and equipment suppliers across the UK and Europe.

Taking a consultative approach, you'll develop a deep understanding of the technology, identify customer challenges, deliver compelling demonstrations and proposals, negotiate commercial agreements and close high value deals.

Collaborating with senior leadership, you'll also have the opportunity to influence go-to-market strategy, identify new market opportunities and contribute ideas for future products and services.

Location / WFH :
There's a hybrid work from home model with two days a week in the Cambridge office.

There are also opportunities for worldwide travel to trade shows and exhibitions to drive customer engagement; you may also need to visit client sites in the UK and Europe from time to time (approx. x2 per quarter, expenses paid).

About you:
You have experience of selling software / technology products to global clients
You're tech savvy, able to build a strong understanding of the product, understand the client's requirements and how the solution can meet their needs
You're a skilled communicator, able to cultivate consultative business relationships
You are familiar with software licencing agreements (SLA)
You're degree educated in a STEM discipline, Computer Science preferred
Ideally you will have a second language as you'll be selling to global customers across the world, it would be great to automotive knowledge although it's not essential
