Role Expectations

- Clients are primarily residential property managers overseeing large, purpose-built developments. You will liaise directly with them to explain findings, agree remedial action plans and support them in meeting their compliance obligations.
- Technical rigour matters. Assessments must reflect current legislation and best practice, and your advice will often inform how clients prioritise and schedule significant remedial works.
What Success Looks Like
- You consistently deliver accurate, well-structured risk assessments on time.
- Clients understand your findings and trust your advice.
- You manage your diary and travel efficiently, meeting KPI targets.
- Your technical knowledge is current and applied with sound professional judgement.

- Peer reviewing colleague assessments to maintain quality standards.
- Attending client meetings when required.
- Keeping up to date with fire safety legislation, British Standards and industry best practice.
