Up to £24,000 plus uncapped commission.
We're looking for a motivated Resourcer to join our growing recruitment team specialising in the Engineering, Property and Facilities Management sectors.
This is a fast-paced role where you'll be responsible for sourcing candidates, building talent pipelines, managing candidate relationships and supporting consultants with live vacancies.
What we're looking for:
Strong communication and organisational skills
Positive, proactive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
Sales, recruitment, customer service or target-driven experience desirable, but not essential
Confidence speaking with candidates and building relationships
