£28,500 to £31,785 (Depending on Experience)

As a Resale & Staircasing Consultant at Hyde, you will manage the marketing and sale of existing shared ownership properties, staircasing sales, repossessions and retirement housing for sale. You will provide a proactive and responsive service to customers, guiding them through the sales journey from initial enquiry through to completion.
Key Duties
Provide a responsive sales service to shared owners and act as the dedicated point of contact throughout the sales process.
Produce and update marketing literature and online property information in line with lease requirements and relevant legislation.
Arrange viewings, manage buyer and seller communications, and support applicants in line with Hyde's Allocation and Selection Policy.
Liaise with solicitors, valuers, mortgage lenders, financial advisors and Homebuy Agents to progress sales through to completion.
Monitor sales activity, prepare completion figures and help ensure sales targets and staircasing receipts are achieved.

As a Resale & Staircasing Consultant we're seeking someone who can bring:
Proven experience in property sales, shared ownership, resale, staircasing or a similar customer-focused sales environment.
Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple sales cases effectively.
A proactive mindset and passion for delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
The ability to work collaboratively with customers, solicitors, valuers, mortgage lenders, financial advisors and internal teams.
