We are looking for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant ready to step up into a Recruitment Team Leader role within our London office. What You'll Do (Recruitment Team Leader)
- Lead, support and develop a team of education recruitment consultants
- Run your own billing desk covering long-term and short-term school recruitment
- Drive performance across the branch and team
- Build strong relationships with schools across the region
- Recruit, interview and manage a pool of teachers, teaching assistants and support staff
- Coach and mentor junior consultants to improve activity and results
- Maintain high standards of service for clients and candidates
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' education recruitment experience
- Proven biller who is ready for their next step (Senior Consultant – Team Leader)
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- Motivated, resilient and target-driven
- Confident using CRM systems and recruitment technology
- Someone who enjoys leading by example and developing others
