A well-established and highly respected super-prime main contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a beautiful townhouse refurbishment in Knightsbridge. The Role

You will take commercial responsibility for a stunning luxury townhouse refurbishment, working closely with an experienced Commercial Manager and project team. The scheme offers the opportunity to be involved from early stages through to completion, managing the commercial process on a detailed, craftsmanship-led project.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Commercial Manager in the financial delivery of the project
  • Procurement of specialist subcontract packages
  • Managing subcontract accounts, variations and valuations
  • Cost reporting, forecasting and risk management
  • Preparing and agreeing interim applications and final accounts
  • Working closely with site and design teams to manage commercial performance
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and the supply chain
