A fantastic opportunity has become available for passionate and dedicated Qualified Early Years Practitioners to join a welcoming and professional nursery team in South London. Due to continued growth, we are looking for several enthusiastic Level 2 and Level 3 practitioners who are committed to providing exceptional care, learning and development opportunities for young children.

The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children feel valued, supported and encouraged to reach their full potential. You will work alongside experienced colleagues to deliver high-quality childcare and education, supporting children's development through engaging activities and positive relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding care and education for children in line with the EYFS
- Support children's learning and development through play and planned activities
- Complete observations and contribute to children's learning journeys
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents and carers
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment
- Work effectively as part of a dedicated nursery team
- Follow safeguarding, health & safety and nursery procedures at all times
Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, enthusiastic and professional approach
