Are you a data savvy Python Developer who enjoys cross team collaboration and has a keen interest in financial markets?

You could be progressing your career at a scaling Fin Tech, the core product is a private equities / alternative investment management platform, they're well funded and enjoying great success.

As a Python Developer within a business facing role, you'll have the opportunity to work across multiple teams and projects.

You'll tackle complex business processes, understand how different areas of the organisation operate and build technology that makes a tangible difference.

The environment is fast-paced and project driven, with plenty of new initiatives and opportunities to take ownership from day one.

What you'll be doing:
Develop internal platforms and applications using Python, Django and SQL
Work directly with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and solve complex problems
Translate business processes into scalable, effective technology solutions
Work across multiple teams and projects, providing technical solutions to a diverse range of challenges
Continuously improve internal systems, processes and data-driven capabilities
Take ownership of projects from understanding the problem through to delivering the solution
Location / WFH:
You'll join colleagues in the London office on a fulltime basis, Monday to Friday.

About you:
You have achieved a BSc degree in a STEM discipline, from a top tier university
You have strong Python coding skills, including Django experience
You have a good understanding of APIs
You're comfortable using Agentic AI tools e. g.

Claude
You're collaborative with advanced communication skills
