We're looking for an experienced Public Affairs professional to support a regulated financial services organisation during a busy period.
This role will focus on monitoring legislative and regulatory developments, preparing briefing materials for senior stakeholders, supporting responses to government and regulatory consultations, and helping to deliver stakeholder engagement activity.
Key responsibilities
Monitor and analyse relevant legislative and regulatory developments.
Support the preparation of consultation responses and policy submissions.
Develop briefing materials, presentations and speaking notes for senior stakeholders.
Assist with stakeholder engagement activities across government, regulators and industry bodies.
Support the planning and delivery of events, roundtables and external engagement activities.
Experience required
Previous experience in Public Affairs, Government Relations, Policy or Regulatory Affairs.
Experience working within a regulated industry environment.
Strong written communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to translate complex regulatory and policy topics into clear and concise briefings.
Experience supporting senior stakeholders and external engagement activity.
