We are seeking an ambitious Sales & Lettings Property Valuer to join our expanding real estate business. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and increasing revenue across both residential sales and lettings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Winning new sales and lettings instructions
- Generating valuation opportunities
- Developing relationships with landlords, vendors, investors and developers
- Increasing market share within the local area
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Supporting branch performance and revenue growth
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
- Working to and exceeding individual and branch targets
Skills, Experience and Competencies:
- Experienced in residential sales or lettings
- High level of customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Target driven and commercially minded
