The successful candidate will be confident in managing a broad range of residential conveyancing matters alongside commercial property transactions. This opportunity is ideal for a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX), or Licensed Conveyancer who enjoys delivering exceptional client service and working independently in a remote environment.
The Role
- Acting for property investors and developers across the UK on residential and commercial acquisitions.
- Managing commercial property transactions.
- Handling a selection of straightforward residential conveyancing matters.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other professionals.
- Delivering an efficient, high-quality service while managing your own caseload.

About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX), or Licensed Conveyancer status.
- A minimum of three years' commercial property experience.
- Experience managing residential conveyancing transactions.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Strong organisational, IT, and time management abilities.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure.
- A flexible approach and the confidence to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A proven history of strong billing and managing a busy caseload.
- A friendly, professional, and approachable manner with a genuine team-focused attitude.
- Previous experience working successfully in a fully remote legal role, with the ability to work independently while remaining engaged with a wider team.
