On Behalf of Arup, we are looking for a Project Administrator for a 3 months contract based in London .

Please note that this role is going to be hybrid.

Purpose of the role: As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to a large project team and liaising with the client team and stakeholders as needed.

As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for Responsible for assisting with project processes as part of an integrated team.

Arranging meetings for the team - coordinating meeting set-ups e. g. booking conference rooms, AV equipment, and ordering catering.

Overview of senior leaders' diaries.

Managing, owning and assisting with project processes Assisting with updating Project Sharepoint pages Manage Co-Located Office duties as necessary (Access, Room bookings etc.) Assisting in formatting written documents and preparation of presentations.

Assisting with coordination of client and team events.

Other ad hoc administrative support as required.

Co-ordinating Security Checks of staff and sub-contractors.

Requirements: IT literate/familiar with IT Systems Experience of uploading/downloading from online collaborative websites Quick to learn Arup own systems Use of advanced Outlook, Word, Power Point, Visio, Sharepoint, Teams and Excel spreadsheets (containing macros) Good communication skills Good organizational skills Pro-active and uses initiative Conscientious/methodical but flexible Problem solver About the client About the client Arup is an equal opportunity employer that actively promotes and nurtures a diverse and inclusive workforce.
