Programme Manager Transformation Hybrid
An established international organisation is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to support the delivery of a significant business and technology change initiative.
This is a hands-on position involving coordination across several teams and areas of the business. You will provide structure and visibility, keep delivery activity aligned and address potential obstacles before they affect key dates.
The programme involves a varied enterprise technology landscape, including customer and commercial applications, core business systems, data and reporting platforms, system integrations and automation.
Key responsibilitiesCoordinate activity across business and technology teams.
Maintain clear plans covering deliverables, timescales, resources and interdependencies.
Ensure requirements and actions are properly documented, assigned and followed through.
Keep delivery records and Agile work-management tools accurate and up to date.
Monitor progress and identify emerging risks, resource pressures and competing priorities.
Work with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain delivery momentum.
Question assumptions and estimates where further evidence or clarification is needed.
Support effective governance, reporting and decision-making.
Provide concise progress updates to senior stakeholders.
Your experience You will have:
Experience supporting or managing complex change programmes within a large organisation.

Strong planning, coordination and dependency-management skills.

Experience working with Agile delivery teams and associated work-management tools.

Broad technical understanding across enterprise applications, data platforms, reporting, APIs, integrations and automation or AI-enabled solutions.

The confidence to engage constructively with technical specialists and senior stakeholders.

Excellent organisation, attention to detail and follow-through.

Sound judgement and a practical, solutions-focused approach.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Specialist knowledge of any particular technology is not required. More important is the ability to understand how different systems and teams connect, ask informed questions and recognise where plans or assumptions require further scrutiny.
This opportunity would suit a proactive and personable Programme Manager who is comfortable taking ownership, coordinating numerous contributors and bringing clarity to a complex delivery environment.
