The School of Arts, Media and Creative Technology is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Programme Assistant to join the Professional Services team. This is a varied role for someone with strong administrative and communication skills who can manage competing priorities. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, detail-oriented and flexible and confident in working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare data for assessment board meetings.
  • Prioritise tasks effectively, and exhibit outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Utilise advanced IT skills, maintain accuracy and attention to detail, and ensure GDPR compliance.
  • Demonstrate strong customer focus and outstanding customer experience to students and staff.
  • Ensure smooth administration of programmes and support to academics.
