Cedar are supporting a Private Sector client, based in London, who are looking to hire a Procurement Manager to focus on supporting a range of Global categories. This is a permanent role offering a salary up to £50,000 per annum plus benefits. This role will also operate on a hybrid working basis, with the expectation to be on-site 3 days per week, and will include occasional international travel.

Reporting into the Senior Procurement Manager, the successful candidate will support up to c£30m multi-year agreements covering categories such as technology, logistics and operations, managing the full end to end tender process through to live supplier relationship management. Additionally, you will be responsible for contract management, supplier management and stakeholder engagement activities across a global footprint. You will also support the wider Procurement and Business drives around performance monitoring, strategic development and ensuring best use of systems and compliance in all work engaged.

Candidates applying MUST HAVE:

  • c5+ years experience working in a similar role - ideally with an organisation operating at a global level
  • experience managing end to end procurement processes across a range of Goods/Services
  • strong attention to detail, stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills
  • strong negotiation skills - ideally looking for someone who can evidence cost savings or getting best value/innovation for an organisation
