We are partnering with a warm, welcoming, and inclusive primary school in West London that is seeking a dedicated Teacher to start working with a year 6 class from September.
This is a full-time opportunity starting in September, with the potential to permanent with the school.
We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in KS2 and supporting children with SEN, who can make a positive impact on the pupil's learning and development.
Key Responsibilities as a Teacher : Support pupils with their learning in class, in small groups, and on a one-to-one basis.
Work closely with pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them access learning and follow individual support plans.
Plan and deliver engaging lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment and effective behaviour management.
Monitor pupils' progress and provide feedback to support their learning and development.
What we're looking for: Teaching experience & SEN experience.
