The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join an established and growing Personal Injury team based in Central London. This role offers exposure to a varied and interesting caseload, allowing you to manage matters from instruction through to conclusion whilst working alongside experienced colleagues within a supportive environment. The Role
As a Personal Injury Solicitor, you will:
- Manage your own varied caseload of Personal Injury matters.
- Provide clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice to clients.
- Handle claims from initial instruction through to settlement or trial where appropriate.
- Draft legal documents, pleadings and correspondence.
- Prepare and submit Court documentation within required timescales.
- Collate and review medical evidence and financial documentation.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout their claim.
- Supervise and support junior members of the department where appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure exceptional client service.
- Maintain excellent file management, billing and compliance standards.

Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have:
- Qualification as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or equivalent litigation qualification.
- Strong experience managing Personal Injury litigation matters independently.
- Excellent knowledge of Personal Injury law and procedure.
- Experience handling complex negligence claims.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy caseload.
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- The confidence to supervise junior colleagues where appropriate.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to client service and team working.
