The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an established and growing law firm looking to add an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner to its team.
This is a great opportunity for a Fee Earner with a background in Employers Liability, Public Liability and Occupiers Liability claims to join a supportive environment where you will have responsibility for managing your own caseload.
The role would suit someone who is confident handling claims with a good level of autonomy and who is looking for a long-term opportunity with a firm offering flexibility and career development.
Key Responsibilities Managing a caseload of personal injury claims.
Handling OL/EL/PL matters from initial instruction through to conclusion.
Progressing claims efficiently and ensuring appropriate action is taken throughout the lifecycle of each matter.
Dealing with a range of accident-related personal injury claims.
Maintaining regular contact with clients and providing a high standard of client care.
Working towards successful outcomes while maintaining accurate and compliant case records.
Using case management technology to manage and progress files.
Working effectively as part of an established Personal Injury team.
About You We're interested in speaking with Fee Earners who have:
2+ years' experience in personal injury , with a strong background in OL/EL/PL work.
Good practical knowledge of Employers Liability, Public Liability and Occupiers Liability claims.
Experience managing claims with a good degree of independence.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
Excellent client care and relationship-building abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good IT skills and confidence using case management systems.
Previous experience with Proclaim or a similar system would be advantageous , but is not essential.
