An exciting opportunity for an experienced pensions professional to join at a senior level, growing and highly visible Pensions Data Consulting team, providing strategic advice to trustees and sponsors on some of the most complex data challenges facing UK pension schemes.
Working closely with clients, you will lead and deliver projects across GMP Equalisation, benefit rectification, data audits, data remediation, buy-in and buy-out readiness, pensions dashboards and wider de-risking initiatives.
In this client-facing role, you will advise on data quality strategies, oversee complex benefit and data correction exercises, and help clients improve member outcomes while preparing schemes for future transactions and regulatory change.
The successful candidate will combine strong technical defined benefit pensions knowledge with a consultative approach, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with trustees, sponsors and advisers.
Experience of GMP Equalisation, benefit audits, data remediation, buy-in/buy-out activity or wider pensions data consulting projects is essential.
