We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to support a major Payments Modernisation Programme within a leading financial services organisation. This programme focuses on transforming the bank's payments infrastructure through the migration from legacy technology platforms to a new third-party payments solution. Successful candidates will play a key role in supporting business change, requirements gathering, and process transformation activities across a multi-year programme.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Produce detailed process maps and operating models.
  • Support requirements traceability throughout the programme lifecycle.
  • Assist with impact assessments and work closely with Product, Technology, and Delivery teams.
  • Support implementation and migration activities.
  • Contribute to payment scheme and operational process improvements.
  • Ensure requirements are aligned to programme objectives and regulatory expectations.

Essential Skills

  • 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience working within financial services.
  • Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
  • Experience producing process flows and business process models.
  • Stakeholder management experience across business and technology teams.
  • Experience supporting large-scale Payments transformation or change programmes.
