We have a very exciting opportunity for a Partner Sales Coordinator to join the amazing brand Reebok. You will be working with the brands global distributers providing commercial and administrative support to the Distributor Sales team. You will be helping to manage a portfolio of international distributor accounts across multiple markets. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded individual looking to develop a career in international sales, account management and commercial operations within a global consumer brands business. The position provides a clear progression pathway towards a Distributor Account Manager role, offering exposure to international sales management, commercial negotiations, forecasting, distributor planning and strategic account development.
Main Responsibilities
Support the Distributor Sales team in managing existing distributor relationships across international markets.
Act as a day-to-day contact for distributor enquiries, providing timely, professional and accurate responses.
Build strong working relationships with distributors and internal stakeholders across multiple functions.
Support the preparation and coordination of distributor meetings, presentations and seasonal selling materials.
Coordinate sample requests, product information, pricing documentation and other customer requirements.
Support order entry and management, including monitoring shipment schedules and delivery timelines.
Provide regular updates to distributors and internal teams on orders, shipments and key milestones.
Assist with resolving order discrepancies, delivery issues and customer queries.
Support sales forecasting and demand planning through data analysis, reporting and maintaining accurate information.
Liaise with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Finance to ensure effective order and account management.
Coordinate seasonal range launches and ensure distributors receive accurate and timely product information.
Communicate key deadlines, critical paths and seasonal milestones to relevant stakeholders.
Assist with sales reporting and analysis to support commercial decision-making and achievement of sales objectives.
Support the wider Distributor Sales team with account administration and ad hoc commercial projects.
Undertake regular travel to Europe as required to support distributor meetings and business activities.
Person Specification
Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, account administration or sales coordination role.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines within a fast-paced commercial environment.
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with sales data, reports and spreadsheets.
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
