In this role, the successful Panel Wirer or similar will be responsible for:
- Wiring large scale projects using techniques such as Cabinet Wiring, Rack Wiring and Box Wiring
- Creation, routing and securement of multiple wire/cable harnesses and looms
- Termination of a variety of different connector types
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date technical documentation of works/projects
The ideal Panel Wirer or similar will have:
- A background working on large scale projects
- Previous experience in the Aerospace/Defence/Industrial/Healthcare/Plant sectors or a related field
- The ability to interpret and understand technical/schematic drawings
- Previous practical experience within a Panel Wirer position or similar
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communicational skills, with the confidence to work both as part of a team, and autonomously
