As a Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will take ownership of clinical oversight across a portfolio of paediatric packages, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care in the community. You will work closely with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams while supporting the ongoing development of clinical staff.
