Job Description Why this role is important to us At Experian Consumer Services, Identity Plus is central to helping customers protect their identity while unlocking financial opportunities.

This role is important in driving continuous improvement across our digital journeysusing data, experimentation and personalisation to enhance customer experience and deliver measurable commercial growth.

This is a hybrid role based in our London office.

Work that matters What you'll do Deliver the optimisation and experimentation roadmap for Identity Plus, driving improvements in conversion, engagement and retention Design, implement and analyse A/B tests end-to-end, turning insights into relevant outcomes Identify and deliver opportunities for upsell, cross-sell and churn reduction Manage and prioritise the e Commerce testing backlog following organisational goals Collaborate with Product, Analytics, UX and Engineering to deliver impactful experiments Qualifications What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian Experience in CRO, optimisation or e Commerce roles Experience running A/B testing and experimentation programmes Experience using tools such as GA, Adobe or Mixpanel Experience working in agile environments and managing backlogs or delivery cycles Can translate data into clear, commercially focused insights and recommendations More about you A passion for continuous optimisation motivated by data decision making Commercially focused, with an understanding of performance metrics Organised and able to manage concurrent projects with pace across teams Additional Information Benefits package includes: Hybrid working - 40% office based Great compensation package and discretionary bonus plan Core benefits include pension, bupa healthcare, sharesave scheme and more 25 days annual leave with 8 bank holidays and 3 volunteering days.
