We are recruiting for a Mobile Fabric Technician to join a growing building services team covering commercial sites across London and the South East. This is a varied, hands-on mobile role carrying out fabric maintenance, repairs and small works across occupied commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reactive maintenance and fabric repairs
- Carpentry, decorating and general building maintenance
- Door, lock and ironmongery repairs
- Ceiling, partition and flooring repairs
- Minor plumbing and general repairs
- Small works and refurbishment tasks
- Identifying remedial works and reporting findings
- Working independently across multiple sites
- Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard
Experience Required:
- Background in fabric maintenance / building maintenance / multi-trade
- Strong carpentry and decorating skills
- Experience with general repairs in commercial buildings
- Ability to work independently and manage workload
- Good communication and client-facing skills
- Full UK driving licence
Package:
- £37,000+ per annum (DOE)
