We are recruiting for a Mobile Fabric Technician to join a growing building services team covering commercial sites across London and the South East. This is a varied, hands-on mobile role carrying out fabric maintenance, repairs and small works across occupied commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reactive maintenance and fabric repairs
  • Carpentry, decorating and general building maintenance
  • Door, lock and ironmongery repairs
  • Ceiling, partition and flooring repairs
  • Minor plumbing and general repairs
  • Small works and refurbishment tasks
  • Identifying remedial works and reporting findings
  • Working independently across multiple sites
  • Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard

Experience Required:

  • Background in fabric maintenance / building maintenance / multi-trade
  • Strong carpentry and decorating skills
  • Experience with general repairs in commercial buildings
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload
  • Good communication and client-facing skills
  • Full UK driving licence

Package:

  • £37,000+ per annum (DOE)
  • Company van & fuel card
