Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: London / Within the M25
Salary: Up to Β£55,000 depending on experience
Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mobile AC Engineer to join a large FM Services provider, covering a portfolio of commercial sites across London.
The successful candidate will have a strong Air Conditioning / HVAC background, with proven experience working on chillers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced AC Engineer looking for a long-term mobile position, offering a strong salary, company vehicle, private use of the vehicle and plenty of overtime.
The Role
AC Engineer covering commercial office sites across London
Working predominantly within the M25
Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm
Salary of up to Β£55,000, depending on experience
Strong Air Conditioning / HVAC background
Previous experience working on chillers is preferred
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance
Diagnosing faults and completing remedial works across AC, chiller and associated HVAC systems
Responding to breakdowns and carrying out fault finding and repairs
Plenty of overtime available, including weekend work
1 in 6 call-out rota
Company vehicle provided
Fuel card
Private use of company vehicle
Company phone and tablet provided
Occasional travel to other sites for holiday cover
Requirements
Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer / AC Engineer
Hands-on experience working on chillers
Strong commercial building services background
Good knowledge of air conditioning, chillers and HVAC systems
Relevant industry qualifications
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Strong customer service and communication skills
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently while managing a mobile workload
