Due to continued growth, theyre looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join a highly technical team and play a key role in designing, building and deploying production-grade machine learning solutions.
This is an opportunity to work on complex, meaningful projects where youll have genuine ownership and the chance to influence how machine learning is delivered at scale.
The Role: As a Machine Learning Engineer, youll help take machine learning models from development through to robust, scalable production systems.
Youll work closely with engineers, data scientists, technical leadership and clients to understand challenges, shape solutions and deliver high-quality ML products.
Youll be involved across the full lifecycle, from technical discovery and architecture through to deployment, optimisation and ongoing improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Build and deploy production-grade machine learning software, tooling and infrastructure.
Design reusable and scalable solutions that accelerate the delivery of ML systems.
Work collaboratively with software engineers, data scientists and commercial stakeholders to solve complex client challenges.
Lead technical discovery, scoping and architectural decisions.
Help establish and improve engineering standards and best practices for deploying ML at scale.
Provide technical guidance to clients and partners, making complex machine learning concepts accessible to a range of stakeholders.
Contribute to the design of secure, reliable and maintainable cloud-based ML platforms.
Take ownership of technical problems from initial concept through to successful delivery.
About You Theyre looking for someone who combines strong machine learning knowledge with excellent software engineering capability.
Youll ideally have:
Strong Python development skills and a solid understanding of software engineering best practices.
Experience across the machine learning lifecycle, including taking models into production.
Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
Knowledge of cloud architecture, infrastructure and security.
Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes or similar containerisation/orchestration technologies.
A good understanding of core machine learning concepts, probability, statistics and common ML techniques.
The ability to communicate effectively with both highly technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
A proactive, delivery-focused approach and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
