Manufacturing Operative
Location: Redditch
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing company based in Redditch.
This is a hands-on role working with metal products in a production environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, using power tools, and assisting with the manufacture and finishing of high-quality metal components.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating a variety of manufacturing machinery
Cutting and processing metal products using saws and angle grinders
Measuring, marking, and preparing materials for production
Performing quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Assisting with general production duties as required
Requirements:
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
Experience using power tools such as angle grinders, saws, drills, and other workshop equipment
Ability to read and follow work instructions
Good attention to detail and quality standards
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
