Support on the daily jet fuel and biofuel (e. g.
SAF, HVO) supply operations, including pipeline / ITT nominations and coordination with tank farm operators, terminals, counterparties, end users and logistics providers to ensure smooth operational execution.
Support on monitoring daily inventory levels and liaise closely with traders and JFM to ensure effective inventory management.
Assist with cargo and vessel operations as a backup operator, providing support to senior operators when required.
Review operational and logistical clauses in sales and purchase contracts to ensure alignment with deal recap and operational feasibility.
Coordinate with the legal team on contract drafting and review to address operational risks and ensure contractual terms are workable from an operational perspective.
Responsible for invoicing, including cargo payment, freight, storage, inspection, and other secondary costs.
Coordinate with finance and counterparties to ensure accurate and timely invoice processing and settlement.
Maintain operational data within internal systems and support inventory monitoring, month-end stock reconciliation, monthly operational reporting and audit coordination.
Provide support for sustainability compliance documentation, including biofuel (e. g.
SAF, HVO) documentation, mass balance record maintenance and sustainability-related audit support.
Undertake any other duties and responsibilities reasonably required by the Company from time to time, commensurate with the role.
Requirements Degree level education preferred in Maritime, Business, Finance, or other quantitative disciplines, but not essential where candidates have strong relevant experience.
1-2 years experience in refined products, aviation fuel, biofuel or shipping operations preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Familiar with ETRM or equivalent trading platform preferred.
Strong organisational and coordination skills.
High attention to detail in documentation and data management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external partners.
