What You'll Be Doing
- Planned preventative and reactive maintenance
- Fault finding and repairs on a range of production equipment including:
- Conveyor systems
- Industrial washing machines
- Linen presses
- Dryers
- Feeders, folders & ironers
- Steam and chemical feed systems
- Mechanical: 90-95%
- Electrical: 5-10% (motors, contactors, sensors, testing & fault finding)
- No PLC programming or robotics.
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Engineering qualification (Level 2 considered)
- Mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing or production
- Basic electrical fault-finding skills
Shift Pattern
- 4 Days (06:00-18:00)
- 4 Off
- 4 Nights (18:00-06:00)
- 4 Off
- 12-hour shifts with 2 x 30-minute unpaid breaks
- First four weeks are Monday-Friday days for training and induction.
