Logistics Team Leader - Fixed Term Contract (12 months, August 2026 - August 2027) £32,450 per annum (pro rata) + excellent benefits including healthcare, wellbeing support, 23 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, meals on duty, and more.

You will be accountable for the maintenance of the Cellar department and Stores rooms. This includes the implementation and compliance of stock control procedures, line cleaning management, deployment, training of staff, stock rotation, and the maintenance of disposables and chemicals stocks.

Responsible for liaising with NT Food and Drink departments to ensure stock and equipment requirements are met. Oversee all food, beverage, disposable and chemical orders for NT Food and Drink, ensuring excellent communication with departments needing support with this. Preparing venue stock for key calendar dates (Seasonal, school holidays), ensuring lead times and stock choices are shared with the teams; Leading the team to prepare stock levels and storerooms for peak and off-peak periods. Utilise relationship with suppliers to ensure samples for products are procured.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain a strong, skilled operational team.
  • Flexible around the need to adjust working patterns within reason and as agreed with line manager, as relevant to business requirements from time to time.
  • Able to manage your own workload in addition to supervising and supporting the team.
  • Awareness of H&S regulations, Food Safety and COSHH Level 2 Food Hygiene.
  • Knowledge of EPOS, Goodtill and Food Buy (desirable).
