An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lead Officer to provide specialist expertise across Housing ICT, with a particular focus on Civica CX Asset Management. This contract will support the ongoing development and optimisation of housing asset management systems, ensuring high quality asset data, reporting and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the CX Asset Management function.
- Manage housing asset management information including stock condition data, SAVA surveys and EPC information.
- Support planned and completed maintenance records.
- Maintain equipment and asset information.
- Provide guidance around Decent Homes requirements.
- Support compliance monitoring and asset forecasting.
- Develop and maintain reporting using SQL, SSRS and Power BI.
- Support system integrations and interfaces across housing applications.
- Work with Total Mobile Cloud Dialogues API.
- Manage Azure Storage Explorer and SharePoint EDM integrations.
- Work closely with Housing, ICT and business stakeholders to improve data quality and system performance.
Essential Skills
- Strong experience with Civica CX Asset Management.
- Excellent understanding of housing asset management.
- Experience with stock condition data, SAVA surveys and EPC information.
- Knowledge of planned and completed maintenance.
- Understanding of Decent Homes.
- Strong SQL and SSRS reporting skills.
- Experience using Power BI.
