Our client is looking for an experienced Lead M&E Engineer to join their team at a high-end commercial site in Liverpool Street, London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to take ownership of a high-profile site and play a key role in delivering first-class engineering and maintenance services.

You will be responsible for managing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and site requirements, and maintaining high standards across the site. You will also play an important role in supporting the mobilisation and ongoing operation of this brand-new contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all PPM and reactive maintenance activities across the site.
  • Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation and site requirements.
  • Manage SLA performance and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
  • Maintain accurate engineering documentation and paperwork.
  • Build strong relationships with the client and wider site team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Lead Engineer or Supervisory position.
  • City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of PPM, reactive maintenance, compliance, and SLA requirements.
  • Right to work in the UK.
