In this role, you will elevate those around you by raising engineering standards, accelerating delivery, applying sound technical judgment to complex problems, providing thought leadership and coaching others. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree a plus.
- Extensive professional software development experience, with demonstrated depth in full stack engineering and system/application architecture.
- Prior experience in securities, financial services, or modern engineering-first organizations is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and the design of RESTful and streaming based APIs.
- Hands on experience delivering cloud native solutions, including microservices, containerization, and modern deployment patterns.
- Working knowledge of NoSQL and distributed data stores, selected and applied appropriately at scale.
- Experience leveraging AI enabled capabilities-including GenAI or ML driven services-to enhance developer productivity, system intelligence, or customer outcomes, with a pragmatic understanding of responsible use, scalability, and integration into enterprise platforms.
