Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead Foot Mobile Engineer to join our clients team, covering prestigious commercial sites across the West End and City of London (Zones 1 & 2). The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance, with strong experience in fan coils, actuator and valve replacements, and general building services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across prestigious commercial sites
  • Maintain and repair fan coil units (FCUs), including actuator and valve replacements
  • Diagnose faults and complete mechanical repairs efficiently
  • Support electrical fault finding and associated building services works
  • Complete maintenance records, reports, and site documentation

Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Strong Mechanical or Electrical background.
  • Proven experience maintaining fan coil systems, valves, and actuators.
  • 5+ years experience in a similar role.
